So You're in Real Estate.....How is the Market?

How is the Real Estate Market in Macomb County?
I get this question everyday...I'm not certain if people really want to know or are they just being "polite". Because I love being a real estate agent, I am happy to give all the gritty details about Macomb County home sales.

In June and July there were 1033 closed sales in June and 738 in July-residential (homes and condos). That's an approximate 28.6% decline from June to July. This decline is close to the national average reported by the National Association of Realtors.

Despite these statistics, every market is different-all communities are not created equal. If you want to know the market conditions in your area, contact a REALTOR®. If you would like to know the market conditions in your city or an area of Macomb County, MI contact Kimberly Harris-REALTOR®. I would love to share the gritty details with you.
