Labor Day Weekend equals No Family Barbecue Invites?
About a year ago, my husband received a promotion and we relocated to Macomb County,MI. I love my neighborhood (close to everything),got a great deal on a home and great schools for our children. It sounds like we landed on our feet, right? For the most part all things considered, we are blessed! Did you hear a "but"..yes there is always a "but"-we moved away from our families. Some may not think it is a big deal but for me and mine..family get-togethers is a fun time! I am missing all the great food and great company.
With the economy the way it is, alot of families may have to bite the bullet and move away from the families too.
Here are a few tips to help you with your relocation:.
1)Do your research, move to a neighborhood with good schools.
2)Work with a Realtor who is tech savvy and knows the market conditions in your area.If you are moving to the Macomb County,MI-contact Kimberly Harris.
3)Do your home search on the Internet.
3)Make your children a part of the relocation process-show them houses and schools via the web.
Relocation may be inevitable but it doesn't have to be horrible. It can actually be the best move you have ever made.
